A good deal for me

Pros

- w2 - no hassles of running a business - focus on therapy - nice coworkers once you find them

Cons

- This could be a pro, but you will see a variety of people, including people new to therapy, referred by doctors, though you can specify preferences about issues/ diagnoses, and refer if needed. - It can be a little isolating unless you make the effort to join consultation groups and get to know other people - You are part of a large regional division and national company and there is change and growth happening, growing pains... and it's a different model with its pros and cons and that might be hard for some people to get used to.

Pros

They do offer health insurance and you will work at least 40/hrs a week.

Cons

Management is a joke; They will say whatever it is they think you want to hear but then turn around and sell you down the river to their bosses. They can't keep employees due to how terrible the work environment is. Therapists aren't getting paid due to a complete lack of organization. Employees are expected to cover all the empty roles with no training, guidance or oversite, then management gets made at staff for bills not getting paid, insurance information not being taken care of, etc. Don't expect any support from management whatsoever.

Remote work Operations is willing to hear what you have to say and wants to make changes. Make your own schedule Implemented a DEI committee nationally and locally

Cons

Compensation for people who have been in the field longer should get more per sessions
