Pros
Depending on who is your boss, you can get the highest increase you can receive yearly or just the minimum. In my case I got the highest ratings. They provide in-house trainings with certificates. Also, they offer hybrid work set up for global positions.
Cons
The yearly increase, even if you get the highest rating is just too low. even if you work hard to earn the promotion, you need to beg for it. some other managers have favorites, and they can promote people not basing on the skills.
