Good salary if all you care about is money.

Cons

You should be prepared to get fired/layed off at any time regardless of your years of service or performance. If they think they can replace you with someone in China, Mexico or anywhere labor is cheaper, they definitely will. There only motivation is quarterly growth and profit for shareholders.
