Decent place but a great divide.

Pros

Outside of health insurance, not a bad set of benefits. Most people are decent to deal with and employee appreciation events are common. Very generous with PTO time, and make sure to make people's time off a priority. Also allow summer hours, where employees can work 4x9hr days and 4hr Friday all summer long.

Cons

Great divide between hourly and salary (or professional as HR calls them) positions. Hourly are not eligible for anything in the bonus structure and have little earnings potential.
