Pros
Little Leaves provides as a lot of good in depth training in a way that I've rarely seen in this field. The training makes you a confident worker and you feel comfortable asking questions when you're in doubt. I really liked my co-workers and some managment. This was a training specialist position, but I didn't jump into this position immediately. They first make you work as a BT for a few weeks, take IOA and once you pass, then you're trained as Training Specialist. They're very thorough and systematic about this training which I appreciated.
Cons
The biggest con of this position is the pay and the unpredictable schedule. The pay is lower than what other companies in the area pay and they're very up front about that in the interview. As far as the schedule goes, if you're not schedule to train a new BT or get a new client started, you may be covering for BTs that are sick or called out which I didn't particularly care for because that means you may work with a kid you haven't worked with in a long long time which can be difficult because sometimes you have very little time to read through their plan beforehand and you have to figure things out on the fly.
