Pros
There isn't much to say positively, but you work with talented individuals.
Cons
There is a lot, but I won't go in too much. Honestly, the remote environment was great, but pay was low, and they keep making performance changes that affect advancement severely. More tasks get added on, people who get hired six months in get promoted before someone who has been working hard for years to get out of entry level. There's also no real ways to actually make the role feel fulfilling. They offer things to do but then nothing goes through.
