Awful Pay + Crazy Workload

Pros

- You get to work from home.

Cons

- Logical Position currently pays their SEO Analysts $16,000 less than the national average. The information is right here on Glassdoor. - Logical Position demands a crazy workload to go along with this low pay. This, combined with the low salaries has lead to lots of turnover within the Analysts group. - Management within the SEO department seems to have no idea what they're doing. They are great at micromanaging and constantly moving goal posts though. - There is no growth opportunity within the company. Sure, you can move to a different role, but is it worth only $2,000 more per year? Probably not considering that same role is likely $15,000+ below the national average for that position with a larger workload expected. - The "amazing culture" is just a front. The company does not really care about their employees. If they did they would pay them more.

Pros

There is training for people not already in the industry. In the summer you might get let off early on some Fridays.

Cons

The pay is about 15k below the national average. This applies to basically every position at Logical Position. They expect the world, but want to pay close to minimum wage in some states. They churn and burn through employees. This results in more work and chaos to match your already low salary. Many times employees are doing tasks for clients just to meet quotas or show the clients we are doing work for them. Most of these tasks have little to no actually benefit the client's businesses. There is way too much micromanagement, and too many cooks in the kitchen.

Pros

Some of these negative reviews simply aren’t true in my personal reality. It’s base pay plus un-capped commissions and residuals. Anyone who complains about the pressure. The calls or the pay simply isn’t cut out for this kind of job. I don’t have to make that many calls because I’m good at prospecting. No one breaths down my next so I feel a lot of freedom in how I spend my day. The training is two weeks long and very thorough. Felt very well prepared. A lot of help at your disposal constantly. As for the upper end management problems I haven’t experienced anything personally. Just really nothing but a great experience my 8 months working here so far!

Cons

If I have to pick something… I’d say it would be nice to have health insurance with lower deductible when adding dependents. PLEASE. Health insurance with the company is great if it’s just for you. When adding kids it is like a gun shot wound.
