      Really wonderful team of people, all willing to help out and help each other grow.

      Cons

      Salary is low, however pay raises are on pace with what was projected in the interview, and that honesty is refreshing.

      The easiest job you'll find, copy and paste is literally the job

      Cons

      Pay is way below average. No cost of living raise or inflation raise. Leadership will continuously announce how well the company is doing yet don't seem to care about how their employees are living. False advertising in terms of the job description, this is NOT a programming position, I wouldn't recommend this to anyone searching for a programming job. Communication between departments is horrid. No clear path to promotions
