Why work for Logical Position?
Pros
Ill tell you why you should work for LP. For starters for someone who has sales and call center background of 10+ years this company blows everyone else out of the water with their culture ALONE. The culture is all about helping one another, treating each other like family, and making sure everyone is having fun and succeeding together. From the moment you start training they LITERALLY teach you everything you need to know in order to succeed. They arent like most companies out there that hold back information because they are "afraid of you doing better than them and taking their job". They actually care about your success, they want you to constantly reach out for help, and if your direct leader isnt available you have the rest of the team there to assist you. I mean the hours are amazing. Working from home is a blessing since im a single mom. But nothing better than working hard for a company who doesnt treat you like a number and cares about you. Oh and did I mention you get paid on your worth. So if youre a determined individual like myself and know how to hustle youll make a lot of money.
Cons
Ummm....I dont have any cons. But those who just want to sit around and make a good pay check and not put in the actual work. Than this isnt for you.
