Pros

Everyone in the company from the CEOs down to the individual Managers/Asst Managers genuinely care and want you to succeed. The ability to have an un-capped income with hourly, salary and bonus options provide many opportunities to turn this into a career. If you are willing to work hard and take the time to learn from everyone around you, the potential for success is incredible. LP is truly like a big family and I am incredibly thankful for the friends and professional relationships I have gained over the past year and a half. From company outings, office breakfast, and events; LP is always finding new ways to provide additional fun benefits to their employees. Coming from a background of zero sales and even office experience, I was not sure if this would be a good fit or even a long term option. However, I quickly realized that it was an amazing place to work and they give you the opportunity to make the most out of it!

Cons

Sales is stressful and can definitely have it's ups and downs. You have to be diligent with your time and know how to not let the "no's" get to you. Yes, this is a cold-calling job, but you do have some flexibility and you aren't required to simply read off a script.

Pros

Culture, supportive coworkers, opportunities for management, potential to make good money

Cons

Hop right into cold calling, training depends on which manager you get, A lot of product knowledge to be absorbed in a little amount of time, little benefits

We appreciate the feedback and we’re sorry things didn’t work out 100% remote. As we navigate this pandemic, we understand training is by far the most important aspect of our continued success, and we are doubling down.

Pros

Working in a sales role their are so many perks from pay to quarterly lunches and end of the year trips. I love the work/life balance that LP offers for all employees where you enjoy what you do and who you work for. I’ve been with LP for 3 years now and I’m so grateful to have made so many great memories and lasting relationships working here.

Cons

Starting out in sales it can be a grind but let’s be real that’s any sales job you start out with. If you are motivated and determined you have all the tools and resources to be successful here.
