      Amazing Sales Experience, Even Better People

      From day one, the company was transparent with expectations and how you can grow and advance. It's cold calling, which is not easy, but you will absolutely have the tools in place to succeed. Derek Adams and Grant Patton in Austin are some of the best managers I've ever had, these are overall great people and you will be lucky to work with them or anyone on the team. Started in the office and then adapted to remote after Covid-19 and LP executed the transition very well. Pay structure starts out lower but commission is extremely fair and areas to get promoted are readily available. Don't get discouraged early at all, LP has great services that can benefit a large variety of clients. These people want to see you succeed, I am so happy I got to be apart of the team!

      Cons

      I can see how it gets frustrating when deals don't fall or when things get tough, which is just the nature of sales in general. Managers, continue lifting up your newer reps and growing this company from the ground up. Thanks! Will definitely miss the office snacks, maybe find a way to ship some goodies for the remote workers lol

      1. Quality Teams: Leadership & coworkers go out of their way to ensure you have the resources to succeed. There's a collaborative atmosphere, very supportive group of people to work with and great culture (even with WFH!). This place truly values its employees and their ideas. 2. Support: The people at Logical Position are truly incredible, amazingly talented and down to earth. LP does such a great job developing and encouraging inspiration leaders who really care about the success of their people. I have always felt supported and never ran out of opportunities to grow. Whether you invest in this being a lifelong career of yours or not, the experience you will gain here will without a doubt help you in sales roles, sales management roles, or frankly any role to come. 3. Leadership: The leadership team and supporting departments drive transparency and work hard to make LP a great place to work. It's important to feel supported with the benefits you need, the transparency during times like these to know what's happening, and the peace of mind to know that when we return to the office (from remote work), LP has its employees' health and safety in mind. 4. Growth: Logical Position is a great company to build a career and make an impact. In my experience, if you're interested in growing in different areas, you can be honest and upfront with your manager - and they'll help you reach your professional development goals. 5. The Culture: Most of the people at LP are pretty incredible. While feeling constantly supported and having a clear open door policy, leadership trusts in employees to get work done without ever feeling micromanaged. Work can be inspiring, and feels like we're making a difference in our market.

      Cons

      1. Finding the "right fit" in candidates will continue to be challenging as we grow. Just being talented and having previous accomplishments, isn't enough to have a great career at LP. It's about how driven you are, how you treat others and how you collaborate to succeed. 2. Sales is stressful at every company. We know this when we take the job. It has the potential to pay better than every other department for a reason. You have to be ready and willing to put in the work to reap the reward.
