limited internet access at your leasure

Cons

30 minute lunch favortism no leadership very disogranized no training 15 associates cramed in one office room you have to endur singing and music from your neighbors some days you will be there on your own to take all the calls communication is only given when something is done wrong No respect low pay no family life balance

Guaranteed 40 hour work weeks with overtime consistantly

Cons

No management/employee relations, expected to work regaurdless of personal issues, sickness or injuries. Management only cares about themselves and not employees and if theres any personal issues, do not expect them to be resolved

Pros

job is relatively close to the house making it a short drive to work. New to the company so obviously there is the early motivation in the hopes of moving up. So far there have been no issues,...so far so good!

Cons

The pay can definitely be better, especially compared to the competitors. Also, I believe that pay should be based on performance instead of time in service and some of the other methods of paying employees. There are are several small issues but nothing to serious.
