Pros
Its pretty easy. Co-workers can be friendly. Some bosses can be helpful and friendly. Pay is at least better than working retail.
Cons
I got hired being told "its a great entry level position, you will get the chance to move around and move up into something better." Total lie. They have hired several people from outside the company into positions that I am more than qualified for, but since I am good at my job, and have no experience that they won't let me get, they won't move me. The branch managers and operations managers at the branches don't know how to perform the simplest tasks, some don't even have the basic working knowledge of day to day tasks that need to be done. They will ask how to do something, then when you try to tell them, they will just tell you to do it.
