      This company is soooo unorganized. Unethical! Shady! Poor Training! Bad leadership!

      Cons

      Corporate office constantly asked for trade secrets and confidential info from previous employers. Once you complained to HR the common phrase use is ( let's manage them out ). Are you kidding me! Then the tactic use against the person is to completely overwhelm the employee with work until the quit, or they fail thus have the ammo to fire them. There is a reason why this company has a HIGH turn over! They are quick to hire and quick to fire! If I could give a zero star rating I would!

      Pros

      The on sight managers are nice and most of the corporate level employees are very warm. They seem to pay their bills on time.

      Cons

      The pay is very low. They are in buying mode and building their portfolio but they are not building employee loyalty. The regional manager is all about accountability but won't have your back. Things just don't seem to work. The phones go down, new systems get implemented with issues instead of testing them first, training is scarce unless you count the endless Grace Hill courses, frustration is common among the on site staff.
