      smaller company, family-like atmosphere, employees are supportive of each other

      Cons

      average pay was lower than other property managment companies, typically understaffed in San Diego Region, lots of employees being stretched between communities creating tired and grumpy employees

      Pros

      Flexible work schedule. Small company where everyone from senior management to maintenance communicate daily. My direct supervisors love to share their knowledge of my field and give good career advice.

      Cons

      No growth. Senior management is nit picky and ineffective. A lot of the flexibility that made this company so great to work for has been taken away this last year.

      Avoid for your own mental health

      There are no pros to working for this company

      Cons

      They put on a happy front when you first arrive. They will work you until they use up your mental health. They treat CMs like slaves, blaming them for everything. Scapegoat CMs. Upper white mgt prone to shaming, yelling, degrading, etc. Intimidate workers and punish you like you're a child. They say things like, "You're on the naughty list, etc. HR takes the side of the worst employees for fear of being sued. Corporate BS game at its worst. Very abusive and NO work/life balance.
