Pros

- Opportunities to collaborate with skilled and talented people. - Opportunities to build and develop new skills. - Studio has strong intellectual property.

Cons

- Employees are constantly forced to crunch with little to no appreciation shown by management. - Deadlines are often arbitrary, exacerbating the crunch further. - Projects are consistently mismanaged. - High turnover rate. - Nepotism is prevalent. - The CEO is manipulative and verbally abusive, often belittling others instead of providing constructive feedback. - The CEO takes credit for ideas that originated from other employees. - Projects are cancelled on a whim by the CEO, based on unfounded evidence and a lack of knowledge about the projects. - The CEO displays selective favoritism and fails to treat everyone fairly. Long-standing employees who have demonstrated loyalty and hard work do not receive raises. - Executive Leadership is oppressive and rarely takes accountability for mismanagement, fostering a culture where employees are hesitant to voice concerns due to the fear of termination. - Executive leadership dismisses feedback from fans, often resulting in failed projects and initiatives. - Employees are frequently reassigned to new job positions that do not align with their initial hiring roles.
