Pros

MOO is a fun company to work for with great culture and people. You will learn a lot about print and the company has amazing benefits and great PTO. A great home life/work balance and flexibility.

Cons

Base salary is on the lower end of an average KAM at other companies. Commission plan changes fairly frequently and can be inconsistent with earnings.

Pros

MOO has a great company culture. Other companies may say that, but after being here for years, I can say that MOO isn't just talk. There are regular snacks and lunches at the office, the vibe is very relaxed, and there are enjoyable after-work get-togethers and parties. The hybrid-style work options they have are pretty flexible and very convenient. It's also an inclusive and friendly work environment for all types of diverse humans, including those who are LGBTQ+. There are regular initiatives to amplify diverse voices, and listen to employees about how to make a safe and inclusive work experience for all. It's pretty progressive and for sure the least toxic work environment I've been in. There are also good benefits, such as a sabbatical after 5 years, which is a nice bonus.

Cons

Sometimes the job security seems uncertain, and I'm not sure how realistic significant career growth here is. There are also somewhat limited resources/budgets for career development (although that wasn't always the case) and at times we feel understaffed. Overall, I feel that many of the positions at the company do not have particularly competitive wages. They do try and make up for it with great benefits and company culture, but it would be nice to have a salary that better reflects the market rate, as well as higher yearly raises. I understand that MOO is a smaller company and doesn't have the same budget as a large chain, but it's still an important issue, and the reason I'm leaving 4 stars instead of 5. If you're questioning whether or not to apply, I would still say, 'go for it!' Every job has its issues, but being here has overall been very positive and has provided me with great work experience.

Pros

- Great people - Decent benefits with lots of PTO - Pretty flexible hybrid working - I'm grateful for the experiences and growth over the last 6.5 years

Cons

- Compensation is lower than similar roles in the area - Outlook of the business is a little rocky - Seems like we're in the "grasping-at-straws" stage of bringing business back post-pandemic
