Pros

Solid hybrid work environment. Some really good people Aside from that good luck finding another pro.

Cons

Where do you begin? Culture? What was once there is now gone. Read previous reviews, you’ll see the trend. Raises? No Promotions? No Layoffs? Highly likely Outsourcing for cheaper labor? In full swing List goes on, but you get the point.

Pros

-truly care about their employees -casual environment -dog friendly offices (truly!) -open door policy -allows for different personalities and work methods -open communication -we are all empowered to make the customer happy -truly hybrid- 2 days a week in office, hours are not strict -summer hours (partial day once a week all summer) - Work From Anywhere program (to travel, care for yourself or loved one, or simply stay home for weather or car trouble etc)

Cons

-commission structure is on the low end, and changes somewhat frequently -small company means not a huge team of employees, means slow turnaround on jobs that require multiple departments

Pros

- Good work/life balance - Creative work environment - Hybrid working with 2 days in office - Very casual dress and work environment - Great vacation time and holidays - Good health benefits (MOO pays the premiums) - What feels like an open, understanding culture - Feels accepting of people regardless of background- diversity feels prioritized

Cons

- Unexpected lay-offs and people being "managed out" is extremely common, and management will let people go right before terms require paying severance - Teams are constantly being restructured and then restructured again after things get settled- it seems like they are always using team structure or specific employees as scapegoats for low performance, when the real issue is that MOO has a limited product line in a dying industry - Many of the employees who are laid off happen to have been on a medical leave not long ago - Pay is well below market rate, especially for UK employees - This is a company where the CEO gives demands, and they are performed regardless of whether they make sense from a performance/data perspective
