      Pros

      MOO has been a fantastic experience so far, the culture here is inclusive and collaborative, with transparent and approachable leadership. The work is exciting and innovative, and every day brings new challenges and growth opportunities. MOO’s commitment to quality and excellence is inspiring, and the work-life balance is well-supported with great perks and benefits. I highly recommend MOO for anyone seeking a rewarding and engaging career.

      Cons

      Right now, the only con I can think of is that we are at a pivotal growth period, so there are some growing pains that come with that. However, all the teams are working through it and are aware of the challenges.

      Pros

      I can’t say enough great things about Moo. At Moo there is a strong commitment to employee development, and ample of opportunities to develop. The culture at Moo is not only a highlight, but something unbelievably refreshing! A company that allows you to be who you are with no restriction of expression. There’s a strong sense of family and togetherness for a company with a handful of different locations. No matter where you are, communication and collaboration are not forfeited. The values in place, the work life balance, the ability to work, hybridly, and goals are only a few of the million reasons why Moo is exceptional.

      Cons

      No major cons at all. Pay could be better, but culture, and benefits make up for the shortfall.

      No Work-Life Balance

      Pros

      -Generous PTO -Great direct management and teams -Work-from-anywhere program (although limited)

      Cons

      -The senior leadership team has no regard for a healthy work-life balance. Instead of adopting a fully remote environment (which our positions can do, and have proven to do successfully for 3 years), we are now going into an office for 2 days a week, where less work is achieved than if we were in our homes. With this being said, employees are wasting hours of their day commuting, which is taking away precious time that we can be doing hobbies that we enjoy, therefore also impacting mental health. Time is limited after working hours, so why take even more time away? -Salaries are not competitive with the market. With the way that it is structured, you can make less than the previous year, despite receiving a 2-3% raise increase. -Many benefits are taken away due to budget costs
