      Pros

      Great office, very sociable people, low pressure environment MOO has a great office, which is very open and friendly, genuinely a nice physical environment to come to work for. The people on the whole are very friendly and sociable and the work environment is not a high pressure environment.

      Cons

      Limited growth within a function, hierarchical, slow pace MOO struggles to enable its employees to grow fast and with their jobs. Many times more experienced team members were hired, rather than grow their own team. While every company needs a hierarchy, in some aspects the strict hierarchy at MOO causes delays in project delivery and a slow pace environment.

      - Moving toward modern micro service architecture - Good development processes (TDD, CI/CD) - Cross team guilds improve quality and consistency - Tech Team Meeting on Fridays is a great way to learn new things - Some of the nicest people I've ever worked with

      Cons

      - Management ignores interpersonal problems, can result in toxic environment - Culture was deprioritised and went noticeably down hill - More time should be given to replacing legacy systems - High churn

      Pros

      – Generous with free breakfast/fruit/icecream/drinks/friday lunch – Good holiday allowance – Additional long service days – BUPA health care – Flexible with working from home at times – Employees are given a lot of control over their work, there is a lot of trust and respect which allows people to grow at MOO and climb up the ladder – Supportive management within the creative team – HR respond to any issues/complaints and make sure changes are made – MOO is full of really lovely people which makes it a great place to work

      Cons

      – There could be a bit more communication & collaboration between departments which would help projects run more smoothly
