      Pros

      None that I can think of. Maybe the exercise room...if you call it that. Some nice people at the lower levels.

      Cons

      Someone else said sorority row....that is exactly what it is. Most upper management either is a relative or friend of the family...whether they know how to do their job or not. It is the craziest thing I have ever seen. There are a ton of smart people that work there, but they are NEVER in Mgmt positions. Upper management is really clueless. I am amazed they are still in business.

      Pros

      Flexible scheduling for my position, WFH options when you need to, close to home

      Cons

      Everything else. Nepotism, hiring friends in high up positions, and it always seems like they are low on funds. It doesnt feel like a secure job as they are more concerned with the budget than if their employees are happy. Communication is a huge problem here. Management does not listen to problems or ideas to make things better.

      What they want you to think...there is more you never know

      Pros

      Marketing team spends a lot time applying for awards & running ads to sell the company to the public. Spend a lot of time on employee recognition. Upper level spend lots of money on fancy trips (done at the expense of other employee bonuses). Marketing team outstanding spin doctors.

      Cons

      Management is ridiculous in some cases. Friends of Alaina hired without proper experience. Demonstrated over many years that they are really not loyal to people. HR practices are lawsuits in the future. Hard working managers & below are underpaid compared to the upper levels. Employees can get better benefits, pay, & honest appreciation many other places.
