Pros

the only pro was working remotely but that causes a whole different set of issues with their poorly functioning in-house software.

Cons

I don't know where to start. Let me say the first red flag should have been when one of my new hire "task" was to leave a review on glass door. It was cringe because it was something I had to complete and I was so new of course I'm excited. But here I am laid off exactly 7 months later because the company funding is close to zero and the company is going to dumps. So now I'm back with an honest review. Leadership is non-existent and all along I kept feeling like I wasn't doing my best but that's just how they make you feel. They gaslight you and make you believe you are the problem. Good luck to everyone still there. I would run if I were you. It was a blessing to be let go, truly. To think I purchased Doug's book and half way through I started questioning if I made the right decision. Him and his partner is delusional in the book and run out of money over and over. It's happening again.....

Pros

Positive Culture. Open work environment.

Cons

Horrific sales training. Lack of sales knowledge. Lack of sales tools and infrastructure. Technology and data is lacking. Differentiate themselves by building internal software, but are afraid to sell the tech being built. Same with data.

Pros

Unlimited PTO and work from home

Cons

From the moment of being hired loads of work is giving. Constant micromanaging, consistent gaslighting on you can do more work when you're ready at your highest peak of work, Mgmt wants you to hurry up and finish your tasks so you can assist others in their tasks. Overall being laid off in a group meeting with several other employees is probably the most unprofessional thing I have ever heard of. Whatever happened to common courtesy on discussing 1 on 1 about being laid off? We had meetings every week with Doug and the whole company, it would've been nice for him to notify everyone that there is a possible re-organization of the company and to just give us a heads up that there may be layoffs. Instead no notice was given to any employees if there was any type of issues within the company potential layoffs are in the future. It is the beginning of a new year and within the first week we get laid off.
