-Treated like a number, a TL actually stated to team members that you will be replaced. - Hostile work environment, management does not know how to communicate, very passive aggressive. Low moral. - Laid off employees due to a deal not going through (multiple lay offs, job stability is not there) -Lack of training - Company has high standards and wants to deliver A+ class service but does not provide the necessary staffing to support those standards -Most of their jobs are outsourced internationally -You get unlimited PTO but the coverage is none existent, if you are gone for more than 2 days, all work will be outside of SLA. It will be waiting for you when you return. - No direct communication with management - Unmanageable work loads, unreasonable expectations - No opportunities for growth - High turnover, I knew within the first 2 months that Mynd was not the company it appeared to be. -Owners/clients offboading or possibility to churn left and right This company is not Myndful at all
