      Can be good pay but mgmt works you HARD

      Decent pay with commission and tips since they want to pay minimum wage Good insurance coverage if you can get it

      Cons

      Long hours work you hard in a very fast pace, Hair Color Bar barely gets breaks. Super clicky mgmt full of nepotism and who knows who. Have to be in the IN to advance in the company. Drink the kool-aid till you drown OR ELSE...

      Pros

      working from home, great co workers.

      Cons

      constant changes without any notice, horrible team management. bonus cuts growth within company is minimal. Switched many of us from sales to retention which in return cut our commission because we would spend time trying to appease upset clients, loosing out on sales. When we would be out of products they would expect us to sell them whatever we had left and just fix the issue later. Would hire people fresh out of cosmetology school without proper knowledge of the line or fully understand color.

      Loved working here, it was a great experience to learn more about an e-commerce position and customer service in this role, while still using my cosmetology license.

      Would have preferred higher pay
