Good for people who are trying to get some experience.No point in sticking around.

Cons

Place is best for people with Associate/Trade school degree.Not for university graduates.

I am sorry you were disappointed with the leadership team at MTI. We have a strong group of people in company, all working hard to move us down the path to Greatness. I cannot say we always get it right, but we are definately moving in the right direction. I do not understand the comment on education. MTI has a strong engineering and trades culture. There is room for all levels of education at MTI. Good luck in your endeavors outside of MTI. We want everyone ever associated with MTI to be successful.

Pros

Lots of learning opportunities. Lots of friendly colleagues. They try to have a family culture/ Christmas party etc. The CEO is an approachable guy.

Cons

After a year of working somewhere else where i was respected as an engineer, I realize I should have left this place way sooner than I did. The final straw was watching as they brought in people with the same and less qualifications as me to the same position - then titled them as an Engineer - when they never did that for me, and I had the qualification from the start. MTI is wicked bad Siloed as a company. Its hard to get any collaboration to happen across departments.
