I can assure you that every negative review on this site is 100% accurate. Training is watching a set of outdated videos with conflicting rules and instructions followed by taking live calls in accounts you have no information on all while acting like we that office. Calls continue to flow in whether you are finished with the taking the previous message or not which brings a ton of stress on agents, especially newer agents. Needless to say, the calls do not go well. This job is mentally draining with no company support. Insurance premiums are very high. We are enticed with a ESOP system which is an employee stock program, that's great because it builds up over time. The catch is, you are not entitled to the funds until 3 years. The turn over rate is high with most floor agents not making it to the 3 years so I'm assuming that program was set up for administrative positions. The point system is nothing i have ever encountered, it is designed for failure. In conclusion, this company does not care about their employees
