Pros

MAP communications allows for flexible scheduling and offers competitive pay. The job is pretty straight forward in which you will be taking calls from all across the country. As opposed to most call centers the calls come from a diverse range of clients which really help the day go by fast. Management is understanding of how the job can be stressful as they only promote from within. This means anyone you speak to has done your job and is capable of compassionately assisting. This allows for a lot of internal advancement. If you are energetic and willing to show up. It is easy to move up to higher positions quite quickly.

Cons

If anyone has a complaint about working at MAP then they have never had a truly bad job. Everyone there is understanding of the intricacies of the job and is willing to assist the best they can.

Diversity of people, always some sort of small luncheon or something similar for employees, & If you have a slight sense of humor, the rude callers can be quite entertaining! Pay STARTS OFF decent...

Cons

Not-so-hidden cliques, Lack of concern of employees personal life, requires dedication that is unappreciated, Claims to provide unlimited overtime but the supervisors will pressure you into going home, Point system is corrupted to say the least!
