Management is kind. Co workers are very kind.

Cons

They do not care about their employees. Poor quality. Low pay for big responsibilities. Pay cuts. They are VERY unprofessional.

MAP is employee-owned Good Starting Pay Great incentives - You can earn $2.00 per hour extra Solid Management Team - Friendly Teamleaders Job Advancement - Company is growing so they are always posting new positions Friendly Staff - Everyone gets along Schedule does not change from week to week - Set Schedules They will work with you on schedule changes and time off requests

Cons

Have to work one day on the weekend Have to work some holidays but it is a short shift Have to work long shifts when there is bad weather
