Thank you so much for your five-star review and for sharing your experience with us! We’re glad to hear that the flexibility in scheduling and opportunity to pick up additional hours has been a positive part of your role. While our part-time positions do follow a 6 day availability structure, we truly value the balance and choice our team members have in shaping their schedules. We are grateful to have you as part of the team. If there is ever anything you’d like to discuss or need support with , we always encourage connecting with your leader, we are here to help.

Pros

I was able to work from home. The Company's Managers & Team Leads tried to the best of their ability to find a good fit for your hours worked and also offered extra hours. I personally want to state that during my employment with the company, my family was going through a traumatic event ( Family's murder trial ). I was involved in a 3 year period of Court hearings and meetings with Prosecutors. During this time, Map Communications supported my conflict with work schedule and was extremely understanding and empathetic. Not once did they add to my stress levels during this emotional time. Although my interaction with my Supervisors & TLs was on the phone, they definitely made it easy to talk to and we're extremely kind & supportive.

Cons

I found it difficult to follow very strict script for a variety of incoming calls. From being stuck in an elevator to a child abuse answering service. My Q&A was always low and it caused alot of anxiety. Although, I understand the need for good work performance for their paying customers.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a thoughtful and honest review. We truly value your kind words about our flexibility, leadership and team. Supporting our team members as people first is something we take very seriously, and we’re glad you felt understood, respected and never added to during that time. We also appreciate your candid feedback regarding the challenges of adapting to strict scripting, call variety, and the anxiety that can come with handling sensitive and high stakes situations, especially for those new to the call center industry. Your comments echo feedback we’re heard from others, and as a result we’ve already taken steps to strengthen our onboarding and ongoing training. This includes supplemental training sessions, added support from trainers and team leaders, and continued work to evolve our process so new team members feel more confident and prepared. We value your perspective and are grateful you shared both what worked well and where we can continue to improve. Reviews like this help us grow, and we wish you nothing but the very best moving forward.
