Thank you for your feedback. We believe this review was posted in error, as our company does not have operations or employees in Gurgaon, Haryana – or anywhere in India. We have reached out to Glassdoor to request its removal, but they have declined to do so. While we appreciate the positive sentiment, we want to be transparent that this review does not reflect the experience of any current or past team member within our organization.

The voice of our employees is important to us. We are committed to engaging in open dialogue with our employees whether it be via internal or external channels. While we can appreciate your thoughts here, and you are entitled to your opinion, the reality is far different from the picture you have presented. MAP is genuinely committed to fostering a positive, collaborative, and fulfilling work environment for all employees. While we can absolutely appreciate the frustration and challenges that you have expressed here, it is important to note that the process of acquiring a new company and merging the business into a new corporate structure involves many changes, most of which are significant. The ability to leverage the more than 30 years of development expertise at MAP along with the need to address a very challenging technical environment underpinning the systems were critical to ensuring the long-term success of the company and the brand. Our commitment to our team is paramount, which includes not only supporting the team today, but also for their future. Our Operations leaders are highly engaged and dedicated to the success of our team members, while maintaining the utmost integrity in performance management to cultivate a Center of Service Excellence for our clients. Our high standards require our teams to provide service excellence, and it is important that our leadership hold team members accountable to these standards.During the process of an acquisition, there are always going to be changes made to ensure that two companies can find alignment on compensation and benefits, and process. Our systems and technologies also need to be able to support the future of our business and changes that are made to strengthen the systems and working environment have made fantastic improvements to our ability to scale and drive value for the organization for years to come. Change is always difficult, and we look forward to the opportunities this brings for us all. We hope you’ll find a career path more in line with your needs, and we wish you all the best.
