Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are genuinely sorry to hear your experience felt this way. While we’re glad that you found the compensation fair, we recognize that pay alone does not make a positive workplace. In a fast paced, service driven environment, we continually work to balance operational needs with employee well-being. We value honest feedback, even when it is difficult to hear, because it helps inform changes in our processes, leadership practices, and communication. We encourage current or former employees to share specific concerns through our internal channels so they can be addressed constructively. Our goal is to create a work environment where people feel supported, respected and able to succeed.
