Pros

I guess the one pro would be that they give you breaks on occasion, after reminding you that they are a privilege and not required in your state.

Cons

They’re racist. They’ll work you to death for horrible pay. They want you to lie to customers and pretend you work for the company you are answering for—you’re not allowed to say that you are the answering service. You have to stick to the script even if the caller has already answered a question or made it obvious part of the script doesn’t apply to them.

Pros

There aren't any that I've seen

Cons

Pay drops after probation period; a set of calls get graded every week but almost impossible to get a score to raise your pay; you have to role play for business all across the country and Canada but can't let callers know that you're at a call center; a lot of the companies that you answer for I honestly believe are scamming people;

Pros

flexible hours & better pay than most businesses

Cons

I can assure you that every negative review on this site is 100% accurate. Training is watching a set of outdated videos with conflicting rules and instructions followed by taking live calls in accounts you have no information on all while acting like we that office. Calls continue to flow in whether you are finished with the taking the previous message or not which brings a ton of stress on agents, especially newer agents. Needless to say, the calls do not go well. This job is mentally draining with no company support. Insurance premiums are very high. We are enticed with a ESOP system which is an employee stock program, that's great because it builds up over time. The catch is, you are not entitled to the funds until 3 years. The turn over rate is high with most floor agents not making it to the 3 years so I'm assuming that program was set up for administrative positions. The point system is nothing i have ever encountered, it is designed for failure. In conclusion, this company does not care about their employees
