      Filled with Lying Pieces of Crap

      Pros

      There are none, the management team is garbage and that attitude permeates the company.

      Cons

      If you like being lied to, disrespected and overall treated like garbage this is the company for you. The management team will say whatever they need to say to make themselves look good, but will go back on their word as soon as it benefits them. No respect for people. A 100% pure garbage corporation that is not worthy of anyone's time. On top of that, tricking customers into terms worse than they had before is par for the course.

      I cannot think of anything positive to say about this place.

      Cons

      Senior management has no clue what is happening in their branches. Over worked, under paid, docked 30 minutes for a lunch I was never allowed to take (labor law violation by the way), unattainable and ridiculous goals, district managers punishing their staffs by forcing them to work weekends when their numbers aren't reached or if they deem it "not good enough". If you want to feel like a company owns you and you have no freedom by all means apply here. They promise you the world and as soon as you start about a week or two in they mention some job responsibilities that they oops forgot to mention in the interview process.

      Looking for new job

      Pros

      Love dealing with the clients & helping them solve their financial issues. Growing company.

      Cons

      To much tracking, micromanaging, & reports. Get threatened to be put on notice or let go at least once a week, if not more. Was threatened 4 times in one day. Bosses make up their own rules because it's "their district". Yearly reviews are a joke, it's all about the numbers.
