It can be very stressful at times but if you put in the hard work required to succeed, it pays off in the long run. It's easy to get overwhelmed when a branch loses an employee or manager, until gaining that stability back, time management can be a struggle. Mariner has implemented many tools to help manage time to ensure employees are given adequate time to complete the most important tasks.

I don’t think this text box has enough room for me to fit what’s wrong with this place. The benefits and PTO I received compared to other positions I’ve held prior to Mariner were below average at best. The politics in this place were crazy as well. I can count on more than a few occasions where I was thrown under the bus by co workers and then smiled in my face like nothing happened. There’s also an ever increasing delusion between mid to upper management of how much time in the day there is to complete the tasks they ask of you on a daily basis. The pay isn’t great compared to the amount of work you’ll have to be putting in. And as far as advancement you could be the most loyal hard working employee and they’ll still hand your position over to someone who brown nosed for it.
