You will receive a company car as well as 3 cellphones and an iPad. It doesn't get better than that!! I love my job and you would as well!! Join this opportunity or be sorry that you didn't!!

Company van, leave from home , phone provided. Good benefit with other companies like Apple att free direct tv

Cons

No work life balance , get one day during the week and Sunday off, if supervisor doesn’t give you any jobs you don’t work for that day. Advertising as a 70k job yearly. That’s not true barely makes money. Have to work like a slave con customers to get them to buy products work sun up to sun down have least 6 jobs and installs a day to get any good money. Have to troubleshoot yourself, can’t leave a job if you’re not qualified. Train you for 2 weeks in the field total. Training pay is the best pay you’ll get. It then goes to minimum wage and no one tells you that.

We strive to create a balanced work environment and the work with techs to accommodate the team’s schedule and required availability for our customers but like many businesses shifts are based upon the customer schedules – not unlike, retail, hospitality, call center and many other service organizations. Our compensation targets enable our techs to optimize their time and maximize earning potential. In essence, the more experience, diligence, effort - the more money you can make. Our technicians prefer this program because it means they get rewarded based on performance, skills and creating independence in their work environment.
