A lot of great change happening. The people are smart, creative and cool. Awesome client roster. Operational changes have been impactful. If you’re willing to put in the work, have great taste, and ultimately have a POV you will be seen and grow.

A lot of supremely talented creatives there who want real creative mentorship, and the opportunity to deliver great work.

Cons

The founders. They go on hiring sprees and bring on industry pros to help them scale, then ignore literally everything the pros advise them to do. The only way they stay in business is by regularly firing new experienced talent, while retaining their OGs* (who trash them behind their backs lol). *Obstacles to Growth
