      Learn a lot, but don't stay too long

      Fast paced and quick learning environment Experience in many arenas and exposure to many specialties Mentorship Extra pay for extra shifts, opportunity to work extra Continuing Ed allotment Plenty of PTO hours Opportunity to change area of practice regularly (not stuck on one team for entirety of employment) Good health insurance Clear advancement opportunities for Associate PTs

      Hard to schedule PTO on holidays/summers Required to work weekends occasionally (rotational schedule) Poor management Poor raises company-wide Lack of respect from MDs in hospital Beyond Level 1-4, limited opportunity for further advancement

      Pros

      Overall a good position and role. Learned a lot while teaching self how to use the systems and build reports

      Cons

      Guidance as a new employee can very. Came in and had to figure things out more with using company systems and applying them to to role. Having basic instructions for roles helps better.
