      Fair pay if you ask for it/ has potential to be a great company to work for

      Cons

      TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT, corporate leaders are so disconnected individual hospitals that are struggling are NOT cared about and the people they put in charge to run the place are USELESS

And just a note that I'm not going to quit. I'm going to stay and work on improving the Employee Experience.

      Pros

      The organization is very values-based and genuinely seems to want to continue to improve the employee experience. The medical quality is top-notch and patients and clients receive collaborative care from the clinical teams.

      Cons

      The hours can be long, which is typical for the industry, and the work can be very emotional. The hospitals are not perfect, but the leaders do really care about their team and work to improve things for the staff and doctors.

      Pros

      MedVet is a company that treats its employees very well! The training that they provide is excellent! The Benefits are great! It is a wonderful feeling to work with people and their pets and doing our best to help them have the best possible experience during a difficult time for them.

      Cons

      It can be heart wrenching to see pets that are extremely ill and some that don't make it out of the hospital. It is very difficult to watch a pet mom or dad feeling so heartbroken.

      Thanks for your review -- it's great to have an employee with your energy representing MedVet to our clients, patients and referral partners. The work we do can be heart-breaking, but our hospital teams do such a good job of helping families through some really different situations.
