This is a difficult and unprecedented time for everyone and the leadership team at MedBridge has been very supportive as we've juggled work and personal life. Our products and mission are as important as they've ever been at this time. We've been fortunate to work from home since the pandemic started and the company has done a great job pivoting to remote work. We've stayed productive and our colleagues give each other grace. I've always loved the people I work with at MedBridge and it's nice to know their resourcefulness, respect, concern and support are there even in difficult times.

Cons

While the company hasn't had to do layoffs due to the pandemic, they have put the breaks on hiring, which means teams are doing more with less resources. Hopefully we'll have a better sense of what's to come in 2021 soon.

Pros

It's great to work for a company whose mission is to make peoples' lives better. Being a small company, your work will directly impact our products and therefore real people! MedBridge also puts a lot of effort into connecting teams, even on a social level. You will get the opportunity to meet folks from departments you never work directly with.

Cons

Being a small company, directions will change frequently, but IMO that comes with the territory. Not a lot of opportunity to grow into a senior management role.
