Pros

It's growing quickly and there is tons of opportunity for growth. They do a great job of letting you work with and around other teams to get a feel for your own job but also where you want to gear your interests towards in the future. Overall a great place to work.

Cons

Honestly, I don't have any complaints.

Inexperienced and immature leadership

Pros

- Some really smart, dedicated, and collaborative people who made coming to work enjoyable - a legitimately good product that customers love - interesting projects and opportunities if you are proactive - If you are early in your career and can handle being thrown in the deep end without a ton of support, this can be a decent place to get experience and build your resume, just don't stay long enough to learn bad business practices

Cons

If you read the negative reviews from 2017/2018 (which I did when I was hired, and thought maybe the company had grown up more than it did), not much has changed besides the easy things like more WFH, days off, etc. Weak vision and strategy that changes constantly, is poorly communicated, and not grounded in a real understanding of the market and customer base. I observed more than one occasion where a large client's low satisfaction could cause a major pivot, with resources and time diverted for one pet project that the client lost interest in once completed. As several others have noted, the CEO surrounds himself with a mostly young and inexperienced leadership team, several of whom are bright but have never stepped foot in another company and either don't have strong enough conviction to push back or have realized it's futile. Often, experienced people who could really help transform the business are brought in but soon leave or are pushed out. It's virtually impossible to penetrate that inner circle, nor is it probably worth your time.

Pros

From the day I started, MedBridge has offered me a path to grow both individually and as a member of a consistently impressive team. I'm proud of the product we are able to provide, the consistent mission to improve patient lives, and the team we have assembled to do it. There are problems left to fix, but I feel confident that the team MedBridge has assembled has the skill and talent to work through them.

Cons

MedBridge's smaller size equals both freedom and responsibility for every level of employee. Depending on work style, this can be a difficult adjustment for some employees.
