I have worked at MedBridge for a few years and have had a very positive experience here. The culture is fun, young, and innovative - the people here are really what make this a wonderful place to work. The teams are tight-knit and there seems to be very little friction across teams. The degree of ownership and impact you’d like to have within your team is very flexible so everyone can easily find his or her comfort zone. I feel good about what the company does - there really is a focus on educating clinicians and helping their patients achieve better outcomes. We make a great product that our clients truly seem to love, appreciate, and use on a regular basis. The CEO is very positive and the vast majority of management really seems to care about your career advancement and want to help you succeed. If you are interested in trying something new or exploring a new position, you are most often supported and given new projects to help expand your skills to align with the direction you are interested in going.

Having spent over five years at MedBridge I've been able to see the company grow from a scrappy team of less than 10 to a dominating force in the medical education and patient engagement industry. To achieve that in such a short amount of time, while remaining bootstrapped, speaks to the dedication and focus the team has had since day one. Though I'm moving out of the state, I feel very lucky to have worked for a company with such a positive mission and unbeatable staff. One of the best parts of working at MedBridge is being able to work alongside such bright and driven people. Collaboration is part of the company ethos, and from the team interactions to the open office layout it is apparent that it has been a major component to MedBridge's success. The culture is very social and welcoming, as one can see by how many people eat lunch together, participate in events like ski trips and 5ks, and get drinks after work. It's a company that is still learning as it grows, changing methods and processes as it adapts to the growing product offering and company size. This is great for people who thrive in a flexible environment, where team members are able to have a voice in the way teams are shaped and products are built. This approach has allowed MedBridge to flourish, providing education that has touched tens of thousands of medical professionals and patient engagement tools that have helped millions. There are a lot of perks to working at MedBridge (401k match, full healthcare, great office, snacks, beer, dogs) but the education stipend really exemplifies the company's stance on investing in its own employees. The stipend and paid time off, provided after a short term of employment, allows employees to pursue their own continuing education and take steps toward furthering their career. The same sentiment can be found in the office, where employees are encouraged to take on roles with high levels of responsibility from day one.
