Great people, great mission

Pros

MedBridge has found an amazing group of people that share the same passion for what has been built. It is a group of hardworking people who have pushed me to try new things and supported me along the way. Having learned much of what I know from online resources I have experienced what a difference it can make when the best educators are brought together and made available to everybody across the world.

Cons

MedBridge is a bootstrapped company, they don't have the funding to match companies like Amazon or Microsoft. It can be challenging when we want to achieve the same standards but don't have the same resources.

Pros

Everyone is friendly and approachable. People work hard and there is an open, collaborative vibe. The culture is supportive and innovative. I truly enjoy coming to work here.

Cons

There can at times be ambiguity - not a lot of processes in place. Everyone is moving quickly. The company is growing, so sometimes the answer is "yes" and we'll get back to the "how" later.

Toxic atmosphere, no loyalty, 10 year old tech stack

Pros

It's a job in a meaningful industry

Cons

Low pay, no respect, no tech. They have 3x the headcount they need because they won't invest in technology. They also keep "re-organizing" and letting go Senior employees in favor of inexperienced new-hires who don't cost as much. The atmosphere is toxic thanks to the former CRO and Head Council. MedBridge Manages through fear and brute force. The execs aren't as smart as they think they are, but they act like they walk on water. It's like working in 1997.
