Pros

Each day is exciting as there are new challenges and opportunities that push my career to the next level. I love the open and collaborative environment and think that MedBridge is unique in the fact that there is so much interdepartmental interaction and communication. I can see my direct impact on the company, and it is nice to come to work and know that what I am doing is making a difference in both the company and the lives of patients worldwide. The people are fantastic and make the work environment a place I want to be.

Cons

This is more of a role-specific con, but with the company growing so quickly, sometimes it is difficult to keep up with the ever-growing product offering.

Pros

I started working at MedBridge out of college and it has been one of the best growth experiences I could have asked for. It has been an invaluable experience to be able touch an array of projects and develop a large scope of professional and technical skills in the short time I have been in the working force. I have had countless opportunities to be on the forefront of business decisions, as well as build and manage products - something not many peers can say. On top of the great experiences, I get to come to work every day to enthusiastic and driven colleagues. The environment is encouraging and the people are great at what they do. Flexible start/end work hours, competitive pay, and great benefits.

Cons

The company has been expanding quickly and there have been a few growing pains, but its only to be expected in a start up environment.

Pros

Weekends if you are not trying to play catch-up.

Cons

There is no recognition, everyone acts like zombies. These zombies do little to perform above the baseline. We have a weekly meeting with "shoutouts" to recognize employees. It gets old very quickly, the same exact thing for over 52 weeks straight... Benefits are bad...I could go on. Signing in is like touching hot-lava on my keyboard.
