Friendly Human Resources Department in Newark, DE

Cons

Difficult to communicate with offshore team members. This communication barrier creates bottle necking between US and over seas. Always a sacrifice for quality. Quantity is the only solid focus. In the Newark, DE site management will yell at people on the floor to make others feel inferior. This causes unnecessary daily damage control for middle management with employees feeling berated an unappreciated. No room to grow in this organization

Horrible! Management does not care about anything and will berate you on the floor in front of everyone. Fosters an environment of hostility and distrust between co-workers.

Benefits were decent for employee only. Met some nice people along the way.

Cons

Quality is prioritzed over quality. Management is horrible. Overtime is offered to only be paid at regular time. Managers are constantly on personal phone calls. When Managers are asked for help their response is not helpful. Alot of unhappy people there. Clients are lied to all the time. When Management messes up they pin it on an employee. New hires are lied to. Exsiting employees are promised a promotion in the future and it never happens. Long time dedicated employees request transfers to other locations and they are denied. The company is mainly outsourced and the goal is to outsource all billing, payment posting and collections 100%.
