They are awful to their employees. HR doesn't do a damn thing. They don't even respond to your emails even after multiple attempts. They mess up on payroll WAY too often. Upper management..is that even a thing? They never got to know any managers or how our system works. They like to buy other billing companys and say everything will stay the same..they don't tell you their benefits are god awful and you'll have to spend $1,000 more a month for worse coverage for you and your family. With that being said, they also are terrible with raises IF you get one. Their standard is 1-2% even if you are busting your butt daily and hitting your markers. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
