Pros

At memoryBlue you are exposed to big time tech giants as your clients. They give great training on the products/services you end up producing leads for. Most work with multiple clients thus giving you exposure to different types of technologies. They prepare you by having you give presentations on audio sales books from Guru Ganesh and John Costigan. Access to your manager and the co-founders really helps as well. All the other mangers are eager to help as well. I was with this company for 6 months and got hired by my client who is a huge Network Security company in California. My experience here has been amazing and I am grateful for everything memoryBlue has done for me. They also have awesome happy hours!

Cons

Some cons of working at memoryBlue is the time between learning a product/service and calling for the client can be short thus making you feel unprepared to be calling. Another con is when working with a client sometimes they have issues outside of our solution and it doesn't work out making it difficult to see them leave. One last con is they believe in their employees so much that sometimes they keep people that needed to go a long time ago.

Pros

-Great Culture -Good pay for a fresh out of college student -You learn a lot about different high tech technologies and company's

Cons

-Interview process Is misleading -If you decide that this place isn't for you, you have to pay a 5k fee to break your contract and move on -The campaigns do not surpass cold calling -You don't get paid enough to live lone in the area -Most of the work can be done from home
