Pros

- perfect job for anyone around college age. The environment is extremely active, fun, and competitive. - get to develop the crucial skills needs to advance in sales, like how to motivate yourself and focus on production conducive activity. - working with clients is a phenomenal experience. Get to learn the ins and outs of the high tech sales industry in a first hand view. - very energetic, positive culture. - everyone picks you up when calling. In sales you'll have tough moments, but your coworkers are always 100% supportive and give you the courage you need for success. - we know how to have fun. Game room with ps3 and n64, dart board and a kegerator to enjoy a beer with your coworkers on a Friday afternoon to end a good week.

Cons

- the training was overhyped. You will learn to motivate and teach yourself the crucial skills needed for success. Quite frankly, mB's training is a joke. - be willing to work your butt off. (Should go without saying) - be prepared to study ALOT on technical jargon.

Pros

memoryBlue is like anything else in life; you get out what you put in. The management team isn't there to coddle you and let you know everyday what you should be doing. As a new hire I was given the keys to an account and active instruction from both a mentor and management on what best practices were. memoryBlue expects you to be pro active and engaged in the space/technology you are covering, if you chose not to do so, you will likely fail. Training and open interactions with management, staff, mentors and clients allowed me to hone my game and escalate quickly. Point blank; memoryBlue put me in the position to make a lot of money. -Training; it's up to you to internalize it. -Repetition; might sound boring, how else do you expect to get good at something though. -Resources; list building tools, structure, knowledgeable management, client interaction and plenty of opportunities to push yourself to improve -Room for growth; not just with a client, also with memoryBlue internally The job is what it is, a foot in the door. The job won't be entertaining everyday and you're going to hear the word NO, a lot. That is the nature of the beast though.

Cons

-Training can get repetitive, though it was still very useful

Pros

I'm not doing this pros and cons garbage I'm just going to lay down some knowledge about memoryBlue and High-Tech Sales as a career path. Background: Started working at memoryBlue in Fall 2012, got creative, crushed my accounts, and got hired with double the earnings in FOUR months. I'm not going to tell you not to look at the negative reviews for this company but I hope your smart enough to realize from my PROVEN RESULTS that I know what I'm talking about.. First of all let's start here.. what is memoryBlue? -memoryBlue is a place to jump start your sales career.. An entry level HIGH TECH SALES JOB! Go submit an application to Oracle with no sales training/experience. Your resume would probably be flagged as a terrorist attack by their firewall. They will laugh at you. If I have the chance.. I will laugh at you.. If you think an entry level job means there is going to be a boy scout to hold your hand while you climb the company ladder then sales is simply not for you. Be willing to work hard in a creative manner and you can achieve success. memoryBlue will help you do this if you help yourself. If your not going to try and better yourself, have fun earning a salary that hardly keeps up with inflation the next 30 years. Next question? What year are we in? 2013.. HELLO people we've entered the most lucrative technology age in history. memoryBlue provides young professionals with an environment to build the skills necessary to go out in the field of high tech sales and eventually have unlimited earnings potential while working in whatever segment within tech you are interested in. YES, you will work hard at memoryBlue. You may have a few bad days when people shut you down. Welcome to sales.. not every day is 75 and sunny but if you STICK TO IT every quarter will be an opportunity to fill an ample amount of green in your pocket. It's called constructive criticism. Don't ever be scared to tell management you disagree.. do it respectfully and your voice will be heard. Anyone who goes out of their way to complain about this company just doesn't have the confidence, wit, or work ethic to be successful in sales and that is that.

Cons

Work can be tedious.. but it's called work for a reason right?
