      I have been working with Methode for 5+ years. - Lot of learning opportunities. very supportive higher management. -Innovative ideas are welcomed. - Talented engineers are provided with lot of opportunities and good hikes. - Awesome teams to work locally and globally - No nonsense top management

      Cons

      No Transport facility, No canteen facility. Current facility is full. Need to add new space

      Lot of politics in management level. Higher management is not up to the mark . They don't care employees once project is over
