Pros

Great HR support. Managers tend to have good communication and open relationship with everyone.

Cons

Dreadful salary, for EU standards, way bellow average. People above you are not interested in improvement, they will more likely look for someone to blame rather than looking for a solution to a problem. Operators are treated like garbage. If you ever get hired in Injection department, be aware of management team, the attitude they have is really bad.

-products are exported -Good Salaries -its business is developing

Cons

- From day one you have to sign a penalty of 30,000 - 50,000 EGP if you leave Samaya before 3 years - No work life balance - no bonus, no profit share, no loyalty programs only weak medical & life insurance) - Work extra hrs on a daily basis & weekends with Zero overtime - Criticism instead of supporting is the major feature of top management -Unnecessary disciplinary action on daily basis. -No office/chairs for most of the staff and you have to stand up the whole time -No transportation for Leaders and a few to name for staff -If your job title is related to shop floor you share a pc with others from your section. -No development programs -Top management is a very tough and deals with staff as if in a military -Very tough leave and vacations system - Dealing with the top management is win-lose
