Very good career path, very bad work environment

- Good Salaries - If you work hard you will grow fast - Samaya is going big - All products are exported

Cons

- From day one you have to sign a penalty of 50,000 pounds if you leave Samaya before 3 years - No work life balance - Bad benefits system (no bonus, no profit share, no loyalty programs only weak medical & life insurance) - Work extra hrs on a daily basis & weekends with Zero overtime - Top management is a very tough person, micromanage the staff as if it's a military camp & follows a fire in a minute policy - very weak investment in people (lack of investment in training ...)
